Wow.
Okay, so it wasn't two weeks. Believe me, I was expecting a much longer break in operation, so the fact that my cable modem was installed within two days makes my life a lot happier.
Yes, this means all services are functional again - including the website (duh) as well as E-Mail. So if you have to contact me, feel free to once again use the Accipiter.org E-Mail addresses. They work. (Granted, most of you won't see this post until tomorrow as the DNS record takes about 24 hours to update.)
My parents are here. They've been helping me set up my apartment, and they've been a tremendous asset this week. My apartment looks great thanks, in no small part, to their help. The network room still needs to be arranged, but for the most part, the apartment is set up.
I have a 6 month lease at this place. Let's see how I like it.
