It's been awhile since I've added an update, and since I've been meaning to create a new header image, I can do both.
HBO finally sent me my "Sex and the City" hat, for which I sent away what seems like an eternity ago. I'm happy it arrived. It's a red hat, and says "Sex and the City" in embroidered black letters on the front, with the HBO logo on the back. Of course, I pinned in a pair of Delta Wings to complete it.
We have a brand new computer at work that I got to set up. It's a Dell, and it's sleek. Unfortunately, it runs Windows XP. That means it performs about as well as a Pentium 200 with 32 Megs of RAM instead of the 1.7 GHz Celeron reputed to be inside the case. I've modified my account to dispense with the godawful XP Fisher-Price theme, and made it look more Windows 2000-ish. (Which is actually Windows 95-ish, just with softer colors, better fonts, and silly UI prettiness.)

Update: For those who are unaware, the header image above is a screen capture from "Karateka" for the Commodore 64. I compiled a C64 emulator and grabbed the Karateka disk image just to get that screenshot.
