Accipiter.org Comment System - (v2.6)

I've configured the WAP page to be accessible via a brand new hostname. You can still access it via the old URL (www.accipiter.org/wap/), however the new URL is wap.accipiter.org. DNS should update within a few days.

Not that anybody actually uses this nonsense, but there it is.
