I got my car back. It turns out the assclowns at Pep Boys were completely trying to get as much money out of me as possible. Yes, the fuel injection is seeping and the spark plugs needed to be replaced, but that's not what was keeping the engine from starting. It turns out the timing chain was thrown due to the tensioners and guide rails falling apart.

Conveniently, Pep Boys didn't say a damn thing about the timing chain, and was ready to take $1050 from me to fix a non-issue. Something ain't stirring the Kool-Aid over there.

The second shop that worked on my car (Jimmy's Automotive, recommended by my friend James) told me that it would cost about $650 to fix if none of the valves were bent, and around $1000 if they were. Luckily enough, the valves were fine. That, plus an oil change, a new alternator belt, new spark plugs, plus labor and tax came to $757.37.
