Go figure. I'm on the verge of being debt-free once again, and my dumb ass goes and buys a car. My entire life, I've never been in debt more than about $3800 (to pay for my first car), and as of the 23rd of this month, I was hovering at around $900. Then I decided to buy a car, kicking that up to over $6000.

I hate being in debt. But I'll live with it, and I'll have it paid back down quickly. In any case, the car rocks hard. It's a 1999 Wolfsburg edition Volkswagen Jetta. I still have my old car, and haven't really decided what its fate will be. I'm going to stick a "For Sale" sign in the window and see what happens.
