I met my cousin Kristen today, whom I have never met before. In fact, I wasn't even aware she existed until sometime last year. After I found her on Classmates, I e-mailed her to say hello, and we had a bit of an exchange back and forth to find out in what way we were related. After talking with family, We discovered that our respective grandfathers are brothers. During the past year or so, we've kept in touch via AIM. How cool is that?
In any case, she's a cool person, which I pretty much gathered from our conversations on AIM. She is making a summer-spanning trip to Florida tomorrow morning, and I wish her well on her journey. Kristen: You rule.
The Delta wings on the back of my hat have lost their color due to fading from the sun. Even though I do have a replacement pair, I really don't want to use it just yet, because it takes only about 5 months for the color to fade away. You can still read DELTA on the wings, it's just the color that has vanished. The only reason I replaced the last pair I had was because they broke.
I'll leave these on for a while. They're not done rocking yet.
