I am so incredibly happy right now, for I have conquered a really annoying tidbit with regard to the Accipiter.org login scheme. Before just a few minutes ago, if you were browsing my Photo Browser while not logged in, and you wanted to add a comment, you'd have to click "add comment" which would whisk you away to the login page. Unfortunately, after logging you in, it would just simply kick you back out to the Accipiter.org main page. That's not good, as you'd have to go digging back through the photo browser to find the photo to which you wanted to add a comment.

No longer! I have finally fixed this issue. It wasn't necessarily a bug, because it was just something I never implemented. Now, when you are in the photo browser, you can click "add comment", and it will still bring you to the login screen. However, after you log in, it will now bring you back to the picture you were viewing before hand! I didn't need to make a version adjustment to my photo browser, as I didn't modify any of its code.

And wow, it was a lot simpler to figure out than I had originally thought. I tried implementing this feature when I first introduced the login scheme, but I couldn't get it to work.

I rule this planet. God help you if you ever get in my way, for I shall crush you with Perl!

Update: As further proof of my perl skills, I have updated the guestbook. I've been told by several people that the guestbook should display the newest entries first. I went ahead and wrote that feature, but then I thought, "wouldn't it be nice if the user can choose the display order?"

Yes, it would. So now you can.
