I was talking with some friends the other day about how much I like eggs, and how everyone looks at me weird because of how I eat them. I usually get them over-medium so that the whites are solid, but there's still a liquid yolk. Then I'll cut and eat the whites around the yolk leaving the yolks contained until everything else is off the plate, then I puncture the yolks to let it flow over the plate, and smear my toast around in it. I love the yolk, and mentioned that I could eat it with a spoon if I had no bread.

That's when I got my idea. Are you ready for this?

Frozen Yolk Pops.

That is so great. Picture it... "Hot summer day? HAVE A YOLK POP!" That would be fantastic. Yolk Pops! In your grocer's freezer!

They could come in different flavors, too. Obviously you'd have the regular yolk pop, but I was also thinking about "NEW Bacon Yolk Pops!" (with bits of REAL bacon!) or "NEW Cheese Yolk Pops" (made with REAL Kraft™ cheese!), you know, for a little variety.

There's a market for these things. I can feel it.

Personally, I whole-heartedly support your methodology of consumption of the egg yolks --- I too do the same thing. However, on a realistic side of things, if your 'yolk pops' ever did make it, you might consider a warning on the package noting habitual eating will shorten your life by 10+ years and have fun passing those through the FDA, AMA, and the AHA. Even still, if you need any help, I can visit people and make certain they say 'okie dokie' to your concoction.

and for the real freaks out there, you can get White Pops!

Don't eat those nasty yolk pops kids, try new nutritous White Pops today!

I must say though, thats a weird way to eat eggs, usually I just bust the yolk and spread it all over the plate, eat the whites and mop the rest up with toast.

Do you use worcester sauce on your eggs as well?

Mmm, nothin like a bit of blacksauce on yer eggs :)

Freaek: White pops?! Ack!

Anyway, my way of eating eggs isn't much weirder than yours, except that I save the yolk-busting until the whites are pretty much gone.

And worcestershire sauce? On eggs? Yuck, dude. Yuck.
