For the first time in at least three years, I've seen a movie more than once in the theater.

Kill Bill Vol. 1 is, without a doubt, the best film I have seen in a long while, and most definitely one of the best I have ever seen. Pulp Fiction was a good movie, but Quentin Tarantino has totally blown it away with his latest creation. The film is extremely fast-paced, kicking off into action almost immediately, on top of being stylish and well-timed. Performances are also fantastic; all characters give top-notch performances, with Lucy Liu and Uma Thurman shining particularly brightly in their roles.

So yeah, the double-entry in the Entertainment Inventory theatrical selection list is not a typo.

On the other side of the scale lies Scary Movie 3. I saw it today and, while the trailer made it look light-years beyond the second one, it pretty much sucked. There are two scenes that were pretty funny (the first being an appearence by George Carlin as The Architect, and the second is simply a line by Nielsen near the end that got me laughing for a good solid minute), but the rest of the movie seems empty and severely lacking. It was something to do for an hour and a half, but this is another Scary Movie sequel I don't care to see again. It's too bad, considering the trailer made it look as if it had some promise.
