I'm home. My vacation turned out to be a long and fun trip. I got home and uploaded the photos into a new album, so enjoy.
Saturday night I went to visit my grandmother, and after I left I had to find a hotel. I ended up at Grand Central Station, so I went outside and walked around a bit until I found the Hyatt down the block. I gave them a call and asked for their least expensive single room available.
"Yeah, we can get you in a single room tonight for about $459."
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" *click*
I ended up at the EconoLodge at Newark airport for a much more reasonable $59. I also hung out with my brother James and his wife Karen, who introduced me to poached eggs and gyros. If I can help it, poached eggs are how I will be eating eggs from now on. I also sent some Italian bread to my mom and my dad and my friend Steve.
I visited a few places seen in several movies, all of which are in the photo album. I got back late last night, and thanks to my friend Patrick, I had a ride from the airport to my office where my car was waiting for me. Waking up this morning was tough, but I'm back at work and back into my routine.
