Got back from my trip to Clarksville/Nashville TN a few days ago, visiting my friends Kurt and Ches, and also getting to see my friends Scott and Julia while there. There was a little get-together at the new apartment where we talked and had food, and it was good. Except for the parts where A) I found out the girl who I had presumed to be Kurt's brother's girlfriend was actually single (god dammit), and B) when I was forbidden from using my laptop.
Then a trip to Fort Donelson to check out dead people, picnic a bit (where I learned how to use the MRE-bundled heater) and look at cannons and other Civil War type things.
I also picked up some more MREs while in the Fort Campbell area, along with a cheap little holster for my Glock. Yay fun!

Update: I forgot to mention the buffalo we saw. There were a lot of them. I gave one the finger. It didn't care. :(
