Accipiter.org Comment System - (v2.6)

It's been an interesting week. It started off as normal, but as of Tuesday it had evolved into a fight between me and what appeared to be a case of food poisoning. I called my boss from bed yesterday and made a pre-emptive call-in to work for today, since I had zero strength and was vomiting regularly. Add in cases of cramps, nausea, and an overall shitty feeling, and you had my Tuesday. Then came today. I'm feeling a lot better than I was yesterday, however replace the previous symptoms with diarrhea and dizziness, and that was my day today. I plan on going in to work tomorrow.

Unfortunately, today was the first day I'd ever called in sick. It would figure that this would be the day of the company meeting, making it the first company meeting I'd ever missed. And it would figure that at this particular company meeting, I was named the Employee of the Month.

What a week. And it's only Wednesday.

Thank you both. I was feeling significantly better by Thursday and went in to work for the rest of the week. I was back up to 100% late Friday.
