Accipiter.org Comment System - (v2.6)

A lot has happened since my last post. It seems my company has become a more powerful security company by merging with these guys Voltron style. We're still SecureWorks, and we now have offices in Atlanta, Myrtle Beach SC, Chicago IL, and Charlotte NC. A lot of cool people have joined the team as well, in addition to some tools that I can't wait to get my hands on. As wary as I am about mergers, this one looks to be very positive.

Over on the personal side of things, I've finally managed to find a house. It's a brand new place, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a finished basement. I signed a bunch of preliminary paperwork yesterday and will be dropping off a deposit today, and if all goes well I will be closing on the 20th. The builder still has to agree to the contract and I still have to have the house inspected, but I think I'm somewhat on track. Feel free to look at some pictures of the house if you'd like.

I'm no judge of empty rooms, but I think the outside of the house is pretty. I like brick (and it's so rarely seen in Florida). Congrats on finding it and getting into the paperwork!

Thanks. I can't say it's been an easy process (and I know it's going to get much, much worse), nor can I say I've been at all comfortable with it. But I know it needs to be done someday, and I know that I'm in a position to do it right now.

Plus I really really like that house.
