The house situation has been tightening up and is almost at its end. It has been
a long and arduous process, however the initial hurdles will be over this Friday
when I finally close.
I've got this thing already installed (hooray for
gas), and I'll be having my refrigerator
delivered and installed after closing. The new dishwasher may go in before or
after closing; we're not really sure about the timeline on that just yet.
I guess this is some kind of life milestone. The American Dream sure is
expensive, though. :(

...but it's worth it. There is nothing to compare to the feeling of coming home to your own space at the end a long day. Good luck!
