You may notice something slightly different about the front page. I took some time today to make a few minor design adjustments to the site. I added the short little horizontal-rules under the navbar sections on the left, rewrote portions of the site's style sheet, and I went through and made sure every page had the correct character encoding, and that they validated properly under HTML 4.01 Transitional spec.
I'm considering doing a pretty big revamp of the front page. It will still have pretty much the same format, but the appearence will be quite a bit different. Specifically, I'm thinking about creating borders around the tables that hold each day's text, giving each update the appearence of being in its own "window" I haven't made a definite decision, but I'll be playing around with some ideas and seeing how they look.
Watching my traffic monitor gets more and more annoying by the day. My access logs are filled with these lame-ass Nimda Worm attacks. I usually take the offending IP addresses, block their traffic to my network, and report the incident to the ISP. The problem is, since a good majority of these addresses are dynamic (and the system administrators don't know how to apply a 5 month old patch), it seems like I'm fighting a losing battle.
