January 02, 2002
It's amazing. I've been home all day, with nowhere to go and nothing to do, and up until about 10 minutes ago, I realized I hadn't even looked out my window. So I did.
I saw snow. Lots of it.
It's about time the snow made an appearence this year, as it was snowing in 2000 before Thankgsiving even hit. Unfortunately, 2001 came and went without so much as a single snowflake. Today, however, there is plenty of snow falling from the sky, and the entire town is blanketed in white.
I hadn't even noticed, either. Apparently, it has been snowing since about 7 AM. At the time of this writing, the Accipiter.org Weather Center reports light snow, the temperature at a crisp 28° and an 8 MPH north-easterly wind.
I didn't waste any time getting pictures.
